Meter is a film about a group of young black men who start a gospel quartet and their struggle to make their music reflect the life and love they are living as oppose to the pain and death the old songs sing about. As they search to define their beliefs their community learns how to extend love and justice to all.

PRO, a female college-student, seeks her first loving romantic relationship with a woman, and ends up in a relationship with her best friend, HAILEY, until... She must decide how to overcome fear, secrecy, and the (real and imaginary) gaze of others in order to obtain the loving relationship she has always craved.

World renowned Queer Theorist, Judith Butler, says Queer Theory is a way of pointing ahead without knowing for certain that to which it points. In this postmodern era, I believe we are in a Queer Revolution where identities are and are becoming more fluid, moving Queer Theory and situating Queer Theory in an unknown and unknowable place.

A New Queer, A New Theory is a multimedia project that incorporates video, music, graphics, and animation to engage the expansion of the term Queer to include all those that do not fit rigid identity norms. This exploration will include original musical compositions, interviews, and docu-movie style (i.e. partially scripted) video.
